Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships (tracking included on tracked shipments).
Shipping options & rates
- Standard – Plain Envelope (untracked) – $1.00: Best for single cards $20 and under. Cards ship in a protective sleeve and top-loader inside a plain envelope. No tracking.
- Tracked (bubble mailer) – $4.99: Recommended for higher-value cards or any time you’d like tracking. Ships in a bubble mailer with a tracking number.
Estimated delivery
Untracked envelopes typically arrive in 3–7 business days; tracked packages in 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Lost, delayed, or damaged mail
Untracked (plain envelope) shipments cannot be traced and are sent at the buyer’s risk — for valuable cards we strongly recommend the tracked option. For tracked orders that arrive damaged or are confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
