These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Syndicate Card Club website and your purchases from our store. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products, pricing & availability
We sell trading card singles, sealed product, and accessories. All items are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We make every effort to display items and their condition accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly from photos.
Card condition
Card conditions (e.g., Near Mint) are assigned by us based on our own assessment and are provided in good faith. Trading card grading is inherently subjective; condition descriptions are our opinion and not a guarantee. Photos of the actual card are provided where possible.
Orders & payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — and to refund you in such cases.
Shipping
Shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syndicate Card Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
